Falls Community Council

Community is our Main Goal

The Falls Community Council is dedicated to improving the lives and well-being of the entire West Belfast community through programmes, initiatives and assistance.

The Falls Community Council seek to build a resilient and empowered community in West Belfast, harnessing and enhancing the existing wonderful community spirt in the west of the city.

We offer a range of services and programmes created and maintained to assist the community, including help and advise on education, housing, benefit entitlement and employment.

Falls Community Council supports community-first enterprise and regeneration, typified by our leadership role in the St Comgall’s regeneration project.

We also have a range of services including alcohol and drug abuse, community safety initiatives and social enterprise.

The Falls Community Council also has a range of programmes on cultural awareness, conflict resolution and good community relations. Our conflict transformation programmes work with all sections of our community to build on the foundations of the peace process and we play a leading role in working with neighbours to drive positive change.

Falls Council is involved in many youth-focused projects across our Community Safety and with Amps Studio, seeking to empower young people in West Belfast.

Empowering the Community

Our range of programmes seek to empower the people of West Belfast, regardless of race, colour, gender or religion.
